Short, because the site is simple: you read, we write, and the software lives with its makers.
What the site is
Scannethub publishes independent reviews, comparisons and guides about monitoring software. It does not sell, license, host or distribute any software, and it is not the official website of any vendor mentioned.
Using the content
You may read, link to and quote short passages from our pages with attribution. Commands and configuration snippets in guides may be used freely in your own systems. Please do not republish whole articles without written permission.
No warranty
We check facts carefully and correct errors when we find them, but content is provided as is. Versions, prices and licenses change; check the vendor’s current documentation before relying on any detail. Test configuration changes on a non-production system first. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the information here.
Third-party sites and trademarks
Links to vendor sites are provided for convenience; we do not control those sites. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products discussed. Screenshots are credited to their source.
